  1. DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE? 
    We are participating providers for many networks, please see insurance page for complete list.

  2. ARE VACCINES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?
    Please consult with your insurance benefits to see which vaccines are covered by your plan.

  3. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS WAS NOT GOING TO BE COVERED? 
    Procedures are billed as a separate charge to your insurance company. Please verify with your insurance company which services are covered under your insurance plan.  As a patient of this practice, you would be responsible for any copayments, deductible and any other charges that your insurance company denies. 

  4. WHY SHOULD I CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY BEFORE SCHEDULING A YEARLY PHYSICAL?
    Please consult with your insurance benefits to see how often a physical  is covered under your plan.

  5. WE ARE DIVORCED. CAN YOU BILL MY EX?
    The bill will always be sent to the address of the parent who signs the financial policy each year. To make changes, please consult with the registration team during your visit. 

  6. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SERVICES PROVIDED AFTER OCTOBER 31, 2024 ARE CLAIMS THAT WILL BE SENT THROUGH SSM HEALTH CARDINAL GLENNON. Statements received in the mail should be paid for through their accounts receivable department as stated on the statement.
