Novartis Pharmaceuticals Recalls Zaditor Antihistamine Eye Drops

 

            Novartis Pharmaceuticals has announced a voluntary recall of Zaditor Antihistamine

 Eye Drops in the 5-ml container.  This eye drops are being recalled because the bottom of the

container may be damaged with cuts causing leakage resulting in a product in which sterility is not

assured.

                           

            Customers are urged to check for the product in the 5-ml container with

UPC: 300780-47661 and an expiration date of APR 10.  There have been no adverse

health reactions reported to date.

 

            Schnucks and Logli customers in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Tennessee

and Mississippi may return the product to their nearest store for a full refund or exchange.
